Family and Background

My wife and I and our two daughters currently live on Sullivan’s Island and we enjoy every aspect of what the barrier islands and Charleston have to offer. If I’m not working and we’re not carpooling to one activity or another, we’re normally at the beach, the pool, fishing, or cruising on the bikes or golf cart. If there is time, I’ll try to squeeze in 18 holes. I am involved with many community groups and activity, including Sullivan’s Island Elementary PTA, Stella Maris Church, Mt. Pleasant and Isle of Palms Recreation Departments, and KW Cares.

Professionally, I was our office’s top sales agent in 2011 and have been asked by Keller Williams’ management to serve on the KW Agent Leadership Committee for 2012. I am a member of the Charleston Trident Association of Realtors®, an Accredited Buyer’s Representative®, and a member of the East Cooper Top Producers Club. I have represented the Charleston real estate community as its featured agent on two HGTV® shows, “My House is Worth What?” and “National Open House.” Also, buyers working with me have the opportunity to appear on the network’s #1 rated show, “House Hunters.”

I earned a degree in broadcast journalism from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, with an outside concentration in business. I worked as a writer for NBC news and as a sportscaster before moving to Charleston. Working with HGTV® has allowed me to integrate my television experience with my real estate knowledge.
